  • Tony will be asking you to physically MOVE around. Additionally, Tony will be encouraging you to share deeply personal and sometimes traumatic experiences you may have gone through in the past. This allows a pathway for you to powerfully heal and gain strength from those experiences. If you are unwilling to be authentically vulnerable amongst your peers, this would not be the program for you to attend. And, given that we are limited with the number of people that can participate, I would request that you sit this out.
